Who we are<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Association of Friends of the md\u2019A in Girona was established in 1992, with the following objectives:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • To promote and raise awareness of the Museu d\u2019Art de Girona, collaborating with the institutions and organisations that are responsible for it.<\/li>\n
  • To collaborate with the Museum\u2019s management in achieving its aims.<\/li>\n
  • To help preserve and improve its heritage, through the restoration of works, in agreement with the Museum\u2019s technical team.<\/li>\n
  • To contribute to the cultural enrichment of its members by organising trips, excursions, visits, lectures, and cultural events.<\/li>\n
  • The Association of Friends of the md\u2019A aims to be a cultural reference in the city and the Girona region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Being a Friend of the Museu d\u2019Art de Girona means supporting and contributing valuable assistance to make the Museum a participatory centre.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    • Obtain discounts on paid activities and on publications and items from the md\u2019A shop (10% on Museum publications and 5% on in-house items).<\/li>
