Girona Art Museum
Lockers with keys are available in the lobby, next to the public information point. Anyone carrying a backpack must leave it here.
In the rooms of the museum you will find several sofas, less than 50 meters from each other, to rest while enjoying your visit and the contemplation of artworks. The museum also has a rest room with a hot drink vending machine.
In addition, there is lending service of stools with transportable handles. They are located at the beginning of the permanent exhibition (floor 1) and in room 16 (floor 4).
Discovery itinerary for children
Children have thematic sheets to follow an itinerary that reveals details of the exposed artworks and to have fun resolving the games of clues. Its a free service, available in diferent languages.
Discovery point
A corner onthe first floor to explore the secrets and curiosities of artistic creation. You can find out about the artistic processes of painting on the table, the process of gilding, and the process of making pigments.
The museum has a shop where you can buy exhibition catalogs and all kinds of publications related to the institution, as well as merchandising products.

The museum has unique spaces where different activities can be carried out both day and night. Very special places, unique and loaded with history to celebrate different sorts of events, in a privileged environment.
Space 1 Multipurpose space
Two rooms on the entrance courtyard, ideal for holding conferences, meetings, presentations or meetings. The multipurpose space, formerly the old cistern of the Episcopal Palace, has direct access to the courtyard and access to the first floor of the museum (access to the exhibition, rest room, toilets, store and reception).

Workshop classroom
Ideal for educational activities, workshops and meetings. Access to the space can be from the street, through the gardens of the museum or from the inside of the museum itself. The space has a sink with hot water, hand dryer and heating. It is complemented with services and toilets and has access to a terrace of 57.33 m2.

Gardens
The gardens of md’A are a unique framework to host presentations of companies, family events, and outdoor activities. The space is divided into three connected areas: courtyard of the fruit trees, patio of the well and garden of the shields and has a service of toilets. The access can be independent from outside (c / Sant Cristòfol and c / Rocabertí) or from inside the museum.
