The collections from the 17th and 18th centuries include painting, sculpture and religious objects from across the Girona region and beyond.
In sculpture, particular mention should be made of the image of Saint Eulalia by Domènec Rovira, and the altarpiece of Saint Sebastian by Josep Tramulles.
As an exceptional group, the collection of woodcuts from the Carreras printing house stands out, including original pieces from the 17th to the 20th century, as well as a significant deposit from the Museo Nacional del Prado.
The Museum also preserves collections of ceramics and glass, including pharmacy jars, Catalan blue ceramic plates and ceramic panels with zoomorphic and mythological motifs, as well as an interesting selection of blown glass.
