This March, SuperArt participants have become guides at the Girona Art Museum and have already welcomed several groups. On March 3, they received members of the Circle, the social club of the Girona Mental Health Association . On March 24, the Blanes Mental Health Rehabilitation Service and the Astres Foundation visited the Museum on their own.
SuperArt is a joint project of the Girona Art Museum and the Mental Health Rehabilitation Service of Gironès and Pla de l’Estany.
The members of SuperArt, which is celebrating its third edition this year, visited the Museum at the beginning of the project, reflected on their pieces and, from then on, began to design workshops for the entire community. They do this at key moments in the Museum’s programming, such as Art-Acció!, International Museum Day or Christmas.
This year, SuperArt participants have taken a step further and have begun leading visits for other groups and entities linked to mental health.
